It has been almost a month since I last posted. I am sorry that I have been a bad blogger but I need to take a break for myself and deal with some things. I hate that I didn't blog for that long but I did continue to read everyone's blog.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas Besides being sick since the 19th and a few problems on Friday we had a good one. I got way too many gifts.

While my break Scotty & I also went to Tennessee. We had a great time, and it was much needed. I can't wait to go back and this time for longer. Dollywood was so beautiful with all the Christmas Lights and the Christmas Light Show was amazing. I took lots of pictures and videos so I might post them later.

Get ready for one more member of the extended Kardashian family to keep up with! Kourtney Kardashian and beau Scott Disick are expecting their second child together, they tell the new Us Weekly in an exclusive cover story.

The E! reality star, 32, took a pregnancy test about five weeks ago — and woke up Disick, 28 (not a morning person!), around 7 a.m. to tell him the positive results.

"Now I'm nine weeks along," Kardashian tells Us. "You're supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident."

The son- or daughter-to-be will be the second child for the couple of five years, whose son Mason, nearly 2, was a bit of a surprise.

Not so much for baby number two, the happy couple tells Us.

"It wasn't like we weren't trying," Disick, 28, says. "We kind of just said, 'If it's meant to be, it'll be.'"

Investigators on the scene of a fatal shooting in Berea Monday morning said the suspect in the shooting that left one person dead and another wounded has been arrested in Louisville.

The coroner remained on the scene late Monday morning of a double shooting in Berea that left one man dead and the suspect on the run.

Police say Matthew Denholm, 27, shot and killed one person and injured another in an apartment above a law office along Chestnut Street just after 7 a.m.

Police have not identified the victims, saying only they were both males. The injured man was taken to UK Hospital. No word on the extent of his injuries.

Police say Denholm may be driving a black 2005 four-door Pontiac Grand Prix GT with Kentucky license plate 182-OAN. He's described as white male, approximately 6-foot-1, 200 pounds with closely cropped dark hair. He may have another person with him, a white male.

According to his uncle, Denholm joined the U.S. Army after graduating high school, and did some of the most dangerous work a person can do overseas, as he was responsible for disarming road-side bombs and explosives to clear the way for U.S. troops to get around.

Denholm served in both Iraq and Afghanistan, his uncle said. Matthew Denholm described the high-pressure situations he was in to his uncle as ones in which he wasn't entitled to make any mistakes. Still, Frank Denholm says that when he last saw Matthew, there were no signs that he was unstable.

"When he left, our local legion had a little luncheon for his going away party when he went in to service, and they had a reception for him when he came back," said Frank Denholm. "He seemed to be well-adjusted and talked to people alright."

Denholm added that he also gave his nephew a flag pin before he left for overseas, and still had it when he came back. Frank Denholm also says he hadn't been in touch with Matthew Denholm since Matthew moved away to Kentucky.

Police say Denholm worked as a public safety officer at Berea College, and that he may be armed with two high-powered rifles and a bullet-proof vest.

Denholm had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. at the VA Hospital on Leestown Road in Lexington.

Berea College canceled classes Monday. The afternoon kindergarten and preschool at Shannon Johnson Elementary and Silver Creek Elementary have been cancelled. A lockdown remains in place at this time for Madison Southern High, Foley Middle, Farristown Middle, Shannon Johnson and Silver Creek.

Kentucky basketball star Terrence Jones and seldom used reserve Stacey Poole Jr. sustained minor injures early Friday morning when their vehicle was struck by a drunk driver in Lexington, Ky.

Police say Scott M. Roseberry, 22, was driving on the wrong side of the road at 2:30 a.m. ET and struck passenger's side door of the SUV Jones and Poole were passengers and drove their vehicle into a parked car. Police charged Roseberry with DUI and insurance violations.

The incident happened at the corner of Euclid Avenue and High streets in downtown Lexington, a few blocks north of the UK campus.

EMS took Poole and the driver of the SUV, whose identity wasn't released, to the hospital. Police described their injuries as minor. Kentucky coach John Calipari, in a statement, said Jones fled the scene of the accident but then met Poole at the hospital to give his account to police.

"I’m happy to report that nobody in the car was injured," Calipari said in a statement. "First and foremost, their safety was my biggest concern."

No. 2 Kentucky opens the regular season Friday night at home against Marist (7 p.m. ET tipoff) and then faces No. 13 Kansas on Tuesday at Madison Square Garden in New York. Calipari said the players did not break any team rules that night but said he now would institute a curfew for the Wildcats players going forward.

"This team did not have a curfew, and our normal procedure is to begin the season without one," Calipari said Friday. "I usually let the actions of my team determine a curfew. However, because of the actions of a select few, this team has showed me an inability to make proper judgment and decisions that they’ve been given the freedom to make. Therefore, going forward, this team will now have a curfew for the rest of the season."

"We hold our players to a higher standard at Kentucky. They must learn that they’ve been placed in a leadership role and that every action defines this team, this state and its fans. As always, any additional punishment will be handled within the team."

Believe the rumors: Jessica Simpson is expecting a baby!

"It's true – I"m going to be a mummy!" she Tweeted Monday, posting a photo of herself dressed up as a mummy for Halloween and cradling her baby bump.

The singer and fashion designer has been the subject of pregnancy buzz for weeks after photos surfaced of her shielding her midsection at the airport. Simpson, 31, has also been recently photographed in New York City, showing off what appeared to be a burgeoning baby bump in form-fitting clothing.

This will be the first child for Simpson, who has previously expressed her desire to have fiancé Eric Johnson's babies.

"I definitely see myself having a family with him, so that's exciting to think about," Simpson said shortly after her beau, a former NFL athlete, popped the question last November.

The baby on the way will be the second grandchild for Simpson's parents Joe and Tina, who first became grandparents in Nov. 2008 when daughter Ashlee Simpson and her ex-hubby Pete Wentz gave birth to son Bronx.

I just saw on twitter and then looked on TMZ that Kim Kardashian & Kris Humpries will be getting a divorce.

Kim Kardashian will file for divorce this morning, after 72 days of not-so-wedded bliss to Kris Humphries ... TMZ has learned.

We're told even though the marriage was short, she will not seek an annulment. It's a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites "irreconcilable differences."

We're told the date of separation is listed as today, Oct. 31, 2011.

Kim has hired disso-queen Laura Wasser, who has repped the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, and Robyn Gibson, Mel's almost ex-wife.

As we first reported, the couple has a prenuptial agreement ... Kim made sure of that.

Rumors of a split had been swirling for some time and the two were spotted out to dinner earlier this week ... looking less than pleased with one another.

The couple was married on August 20 in a lavish ceremony (see below) in Montecito, CA. There are reports that the wedding cost as much as $10 mil, which means $138,888 for every day until today.

I have a lot of nieces, nephews and cousins in my family so while Scotty was gone to California I had one of my little friends come over and spend the night and she wanted to get some zebra stripe duck tape on our way to my house. She had heard about duck tape decorations. I told her I could decorate pens because I had seen a "HOW TO" post HERE My pens doesn't look as good as hers but I am learning. I think maybe I should add more petals next time?

Beyonce Is Building A 2,200 Square Foot Nursery! that's right 2,200 Square Foot. I don't think I can even imagine what 2,200 sq ft looks like but I am sure we will see in a celebrity magazine after the baby is here.

Beyonce’s not due until February, but she’s going to need the time to get a nursery that large ready!

Beyonce and Jay-Z are expecting their first child together, and their baby is going to have one large “crib.” An insider told Us Weekly that the baby “will have a nursery that is 2,200 square feet!”

The couple live in a posh NYC Tribeca apartment that apparently has plenty of space!

The source added that not everyone thinks it’s a good idea to have such a large nursery. “Some people are like, ‘Won’t you be scared to leave your baby in that huge room?’”

I usually get in my car and drive as long as I can or go tan and get my nails done if I haven't already.

House, Grey's Anatomy and many many more.

I have been on a lot of trips but I think it was to West Virginia we had to stop at 2 different states for Scotty to play a show and then back on the road. It was a long trip but we had breaks it made it longer.

I don't have kids.

5. What is something people would surprised to know about you?
Most people know me knows everything about me. I guess some may not know I have a very serious heart condition that is inoperable at this time.

From the moment a celebrity couple get together or get engaged or even married like Kim & Kris rumors start about trouble in their marriage. I have seen them before but not to this extreme. Kim and Kris are looking nothing like newlyweds, reports an eyewitness at a filming session for ‘Kourtney & Kim Take New York’!
All signs point to a crumbling marriage between Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. We told you that Kim and Kris’ first date night out since Kim arrived from her whirlwind trip in Dubai was filmed at hotspot STK in NYC on Oct. 18 but HollywoodLife.com can tell you that they didn’t speak to each other unless the cameras were rolling!

“Kim and Kris turned on the affection a little bit for the paparazzi outside the restaurant,” an eyewitness tells us. “They held hands for a brief moment and kissed before stepping inside STK but then that was it.”

When Kim and Kris weren’t filming scenes in their private room on the second floor of the celeb favorite restaurant, our source says they acted like strangers!

“This is not how newlyweds should be acting … at least I hope not,” a source says. “They didn’t seem very happy to be with each other. They didn’t speak unless the cameras were filming them. The entire night felt forced, since they had to be there to film for the show.”

Among the many outlets reporting Kim and Kris’ marriage woos, the DailyMail reports that Kim and Kris are divorcing!

“I don’t know when they’ll announce the split or why they got married in the first place but they are done,” a source tells them. “They are divorcing. They haven’t been together for a month and while Kim has been staying in New York she has been staying in a hotel room which Kris has failed to visit.”

Kim and Kris also stepped out for a double date with Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick on Oct. 19 at hotspot Hurricane Club, right around the corner from their NYC diggs at the Gansevoort Park Hotel — and the pics (as seen above) don’t show a very happy Kimmy.

We told you that both Star and Life & Style are reporting that Kim has met with a top divorce attorney. HollywoodLife.com revealed that Kim is fed up with Kris’ partying at clubs like 1Oak and Avenue while she’s been working.

The DailyMail also adds that Kim’s agent at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment has recently dropped Kris as a client.

Dr. Lillian Glass also tells HollywoodLife.com that Kim and Kris’ marriage is a sham!
Are Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries‘ splitting already? Eye-witness reports of their matrimonial discord have surfaced and the two seem to be spending a lot of time apart. HollywoodLife.com asked Beverly Hills body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass to analyze Kim and Kris’ wedding special and new photos of the couple to determine what’s up. She tells us that they aren’t attracted to each other and their marriage is all for the sake of the cameras!

“She is totally ignoring him, even though she has her hand out,” Dr. Glass says.

And how Kris walks in front of Kim is a big indicator of the state of their relationship. “When a man walks in front of a woman, it shows disrespect and ignorance.”

Based on this photo, Dr. Glass believes that things between the couple aren’t very good in the bedroom either. “Their bodies are turned so differently that their sex life must be just horrible.”

As for their wedding special, Dr. Glass explains it was basically a made-for-TV movie. “They are miles apart and that there is no emotional connection between them. Kris gave Kim a wet kiss and Kim gave him a dry kiss. It’s obvious that that she is repulsed by him! Their whole wedding was contrived. Their smiles were contrived. Their wedding was a very nice, made-for-TV movie with two actors.”

“Kim and Kris’ marriage is a sham and a shame! There is something very suspicious about their relationship. The body doesn’t lie! The truth always leaks out,” Dr. Glass claims.

Lovely Weekend

I had an amazing weekend with Scotty Friday after work we went out to eat and then traveled about 45 minutes one way to a concert. It was great! We ended up getting home around 12 a.m.

Saturday I went and visited my cousin while Scotty was sleeping and then back home. We went to his friend, Adam's house and Scotty helped him cut down some trees growing around his house. After that we all went to Steak n' Shake where I had a gift card and coupons and we got our meal for only $7.00 which is awesome. Came home after that with his friends and he got the Fight I wanted on ppv and we all watched it. Before bed Scotty's brother came to spend the night with us it was 5a.am. before I went to bed. I am not sure when they went to bed.

Sunday we mostly stayed at home alone until around 6 p.m. then we went out for Scotty's brother birthday which was on the 13th. After that we were stuffed but we got a knock on the door and it was our neighbor with homemade oatmeal cake. I hate sweets but I loved it. It wasn't too sweet at all.

Yellow Belt

Scotty has been taking Martial Arts for about 2 months now and he seems to be flying through all of this stuff really good. He is a fast learner and excels in everything he does. One day it was like he started and then the next he took a stripe test and then his yellow belt test. He is even sparing now {don't have a picture of} I don't go watch him much because I get really bad anxiety and cry or can't breathe. When he first started I went to pick him up and I could see through the window and when he came out I was crying. I could only see him getting hit {training} but it was still really scary to me. I am so happy for him, he really enjoys it. He is so pumped about having sparing gear now. Head gear, shin guards and all that good stuff.

I can't wait for him to get his black belt {which will be awhile} but I am so happy for him.

Corn Maze 2011

Saturday, Scotty and I went to a corn maze that is suppose to be the largest one in our state. It is 10 acres and you can see more about it here

If it wasn't for Scotty I would still be in there. I didn't do much on getting us out. I just took pictures and followed him around. They have at least 3 entries and we did 2 of them before going on a hay ride.

We both had a great time which is very important to me. I was worried Scotty wouldn't like it but I think he loved it more than I did.

Coupon Savings

I LOVE Sunday's because of all the coupons. I love saving $$$ I always used coupons but never like I do now. We went grocery shopping every 2 weeks and spent around $170.00 each time. Since January I have been trying to extreme coupon and I think I am pretty good at it. We now go grocery shopping about once every 3 months or so and I usually spend about $150.00 for that 3 months and I even buy our meats and veggies too. Even then we aren't out of everything. I see some of those ladies on TLC "EXTREME COUPONING" and I am not like that. I get 3-4 of each thing that we need and that's it. I don't go buy 60 tubes of toothpaste or 100 packs of tic tacs lol... I think that is crazy. A lady last week go like 200 jars of baby food. There is no way her child could eat that before it expires.

I always buy 2 Herald Leaders and 1 local paper then my aunt saves me her coupons from her papers.

This is my coupon book

Yesterday my aunt brought over a stack of coupons and I had a lot of extra ones and I know that meijer was having their 10 for $10 sale so I took advantage of that and went and did a little shopping anyways. I got most of it for my aunt to help her out.

I got everything here for just $10.00 :) {both pictures are the same, just made a collage} The salad & tomatoes and hot sauce were not part of the 10 for $10

She will be so happy to see what I got for her. She LOVES those cheese puffs.

It was 10 for $10 get 11th free and I had coupons which were all doubled. It would have been cheaper if I hadn't got the salad mix, hot sauce and tomatoes.

I would love to hear about your savings and if you are interested in coupon swapping. I have a lot of extra coupons I trash every Sunday and would love to share them with someone. I have tried sharing them with family but I just get so tired of trying to start them out and they hardly use them or don't continue saving them on their own. Every time I end up mailing them out for them or taking them to their house.

Birthday Party

Today makes one week since my birthday. It is hard to believe how fast time goes by. Saturday October 1st is when we celebrated my birthday. I don't really care that much about having a party for myself but Scotty wanted to have me one so I told him I just wanted to do it all here at the house and I would cook for everyone.

When family and friends started coming in they would say "you are still cooking? you got too much food." But in the end I had just enough. :)

I made tortilla ham wheels, sandwiches, crescent rolls, pasta salad, macaroni & tomatoes, fresh green beans, chicken and dumplings, biscuits, cheese ball, homemade ranch, honey mustard chicken, bbq ribs and so much more. I took some pictures of the food but after everyone started eating. It looks like they loved the ham rolls.

Chicken Tortilla Casserole

1 can (10 3/4 oz) 98% fat free 45% less sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
1 container (8 oz) fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
8 yellow corn tortillas (6 or 7 inch), torn into bite-size pieces
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend (6 oz)

STEP 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix soup, chiles, sour cream and milk until blended. Stir in chicken, tortillas and bell pepper. Stir in tomato and 1 cup of the cheese. Spoon and spread mixture in baking dish.

STEP 2: Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes.

This was a really good meal but I think it would have been better with a can of salsa added to it or jalapeno's or something to make it spicy. This was what we had for dinner but would be good for a snack like for get together or super bowl or something.

8.} Wrecking and being seriously injured and having to feel the pain or it hurting someone I love that is with me and have to be there just sit and watch them and feel so helpless.

I am about 2 weeks late on this post. Scotty's Birthday was on 9/11 so I thought I would wait a day or two so it didn't get in the 9/11 mix and then 2 days ended up to 3 and then two weeks. LOL... His birthday party was ~~SMALL~~
this year because someones mommy didn't show up. She wanted to spend it with her boyfriend more I guess. But that's another story that I wont get into on here. But we had a great time with the few that came and without the ones who didn't.

INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless chicken legs (2 lbs.)
1/4 cup EVOO
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:
Make 4 deep scores on each leg.
Place all ingredients in plastic bag; marinate 15 minutes.
Bake on lined baking sheet at 375° for 35 minutes.

Weekend Party

This month has been really hard on my family and I but we are making it through it. We have several reasons to celebrate this month and two that are happening this weekend.

Scotty & Delaney

Scotty's Birthday is on September 11th and Delaney's is September 12th. Which are both very sad days. Everyone knows why 9/11 but on 9/12 25 years ago my papaw was robbed and murdered. He was married to Granny Mae They adopted me in October 1984 and he was murdered Sept. 1986 so I didn't get to spend much time with him.

Since they are both bad days we are celebrating both on September 10th and I just hope both of the presents I ordered them comes in tomorrow. I should get to see Scotty's cake tomorrow too. I know he is going to love it.

It seems so much has tried to stop this party from going on but nothing is going to keep me from having it.
#1 Presents haven't come in
#2 a lot of friends and family aren't coming {including Scotty's mom}
#3 The cake was set to be delivered today but now it have to wait until Saturday
#4 Scotty's busy schedule
#5 and so much more.

Scotty has been working full days on Friday's for the past two months which means we have less time for our "DATE NIGHT FRIDAY'S" This friday we aren't going to go out and eat alone because he has a show to play less than 2 hrs after he gets home at a local winery and they are going to feed us good up there.

Saturday is the party, we wont be alone there and then Sunday his mom said she wants to take us out if she is back by then {which I doubt} but either way its all good. I would love to just spend his birthday at home alone with him. ;)

I was so excited about all the presents I didn't really care what was in the one I was opening. Bad Weather Go Away!

Scotty and I had to leave our house Friday night because of our air conditioner went out AGAIN It goes out at least once a year and usually around June or July but with this crazy weather it has been just as hot in September as in July. Not sure when the landlords will get it fixed this time but knowing them Wednesday.

Scotty's mom is gone this weekend to visit her boyfriend so we came and took over at her house. As most of you guys know she owns a Kennel where she boards and trains dogs. My dog, Gayla stays there. I love being so close to her and getting to play with her without having to drive 45 minutes one way. Scotty left a couple hours ago to help his friend so I went and let Gayla out of her run so she could run around inside the fence. I sit behind the garage and watched her for about a hour. She loves getting attention. She is just like a baby.

A storm is coming through right now and I hope it passes soon because we are having pictures taken at 6:15 and it is 3:15 right now. Dancing With The Stars!

Dancing With The Stars Season 13 cast was announced last night and I about lost my mind. I started having trouble breathing, hot flashes and so much anxiety I could control myself. {CALL ME A FREAK} but I am just so ~~EXCITED!~~ because NANCY GRACE is going to be on there. Everyone who knows me knows I am a NANCY'S BIGGEST FAN. I even had shirts speically made with her picture on them. I will have to post pictures of them sometime. I designed the shirts to take pictures of me in it to send to her show hoping she would just see it and say my name on air or something.

Gayla Still Sick

My dog Gayla has been in my life since she was 7 weeks old and now she is 6 years old. I have always taken her to the vet like anyone should take their animals and nothing has ever been wrong with her, just taken her in for a check up and shots, until this summer. About a month ago she started having blood in her urine and since Scotty's mom was a vet she gave her antibiotics to try and clear it up and she took about 2 weeks and it didn't clear up. I then took her to the vet and he did a bunch of tests, sent her urine off to be tested some more and he put her on the same antibiotics as Scotty's mom did. 4 days later he calls and said he was just going to give her more antibiotics for a longer time that it looks to be just a serious UTI. She now takes 3 pills a day for 3 more weeks and if doesn't get better or if she gets worse bring her in.

You would never know anything was wrong with Gayla unless she peed in front of you and you saw it for yourself. She is one of the most happy, healthiest dogs around. She goes on like nothing is wrong. She eats the same, drinks the same and plays like normal. If it doesn't get better it could be stones, kidney problems or cancer.

It's All Fun and Games Until Someone Gets Hurt

This is how Saturday started off

and then a few hours later the next thing I know I am screaming for the guy to stop the ride because my cousin fell out of her seat from the ride to the bottom of the ride and then I come undone and getting slung around like a rag doll. After he stopped the ride we got back up and then he started it back up before we knew it and there we went again. I can't believe he started it back up. He stopped it again and we got off sick to our stomach, sore and scared to death. Today I am so sore and not sure how my cousin went to work today because I know she is worse than me.

BREAKING NEWS: Amy Winehouse, 27, found dead at her London flat

Amy Winehouse has been found dead at her home in London, it has been reported.
The Back To Black singer was apparently found at 4pm and her death is believed to be unexplained. Winehouse had been seen with her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield earlier this week as the teenager took to the stage at the iTunes festival.

Winehouse's appearance at the concert came after she cancelled her European tour following a disastrous performance in June when she stumbled onto the stage in Belgrade and gave an incoherent performance appearing very disorientated and removed from reality.

Low Carb Pork Chops

I got this new recipe over at this amazing blog I found called The Trendy Tree House

All you need is...
Pork Chops
Eggs
Pork Skins
Garlic Salt
Pappy's
Pepper

Start by mixing your eggs in one bowl and crushing your pork skins in another. Add your seasonings (to taste) to the crushed pork skins. Mix.

Then add it to the pork skin mixture. Repeat this process twice to get a nice coat on your pork.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until done. If cooking from a frozen state, you will need to cook longer.

Now its time to serve and eat
This is Scotty's plate... I also cooked green beans {that granny canned} with yellow potatoes and mac & cheese for him...

and for me I had everything but the mac & cheese... I had mac & tomatoes {that granny canned}

Scotty's mom has been spending a lot of time in Tennessee since her man is living down there full time working two jobs now. He has owned his own tree service for years and does most of the views for Tennessee. Now he also works at Dollywood. Since she has been down there she has became a bear whisperer.

She doesn't get out around them but sometimes they just come up to the car. I told her she is going to get killed like Timothy Treadwell if she isn't careful. We are going down at the end of the month and I hope to only see one while I am in the car.
