Coupon Savings

I LOVE Sunday's because of all the coupons. I love saving $$$ I always used coupons but never like I do now. We went grocery shopping every 2 weeks and spent around $170.00 each time. Since January I have been trying to extreme coupon and I think I am pretty good at it. We now go grocery shopping about once every 3 months or so and I usually spend about $150.00 for that 3 months and I even buy our meats and veggies too. Even then we aren't out of everything. I see some of those ladies on TLC "EXTREME COUPONING" and I am not like that. I get 3-4 of each thing that we need and that's it. I don't go buy 60 tubes of toothpaste or 100 packs of tic tacs lol... I think that is crazy. A lady last week go like 200 jars of baby food. There is no way her child could eat that before it expires.

I always buy 2 Herald Leaders and 1 local paper then my aunt saves me her coupons from her papers.

Yesterday my aunt brought over a stack of coupons and I had a lot of extra ones and I know that meijer was having their 10 for $10 sale so I took advantage of that and went and did a little shopping anyways. I got most of it for my aunt to help her out.

I got everything here for just $10.00 :) {both pictures are the same, just made a collage} The salad & tomatoes and hot sauce were not part of the 10 for $10



She will be so happy to see what I got for her. She LOVES those cheese puffs.

It was 10 for $10 get 11th free and I had coupons which were all doubled. It would have been cheaper if I hadn't got the salad mix, hot sauce and tomatoes.

I would love to hear about your savings and if you are interested in coupon swapping. I have a lot of extra coupons I trash every Sunday and would love to share them with someone. I have tried sharing them with family but I just get so tired of trying to start them out and they hardly use them or don't continue saving them on their own. Every time I end up mailing them out for them or taking them to their house.
